Return & Refund Policy

Understanding returns, exchanges, and store credits at Cristina Grecu Showroom.

1. General Overview

Each gown we sell is selected or made with precision and care. Because bridal and formal garments are delicate, customized, and time-sensitive, most purchases are considered final sale. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order or appointment.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Made-to-order gowns, custom designs, and alterations are non-returnable and non-refundable once production or fitting work has begun.
  • Off-the-rack items (non-custom gowns, sample dresses, accessories) may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of pickup, provided they are unused, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Clearance or sale items are always final sale and not eligible for return or credit.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our team at *******@cristinagrecushowroom.com within the allowed period to initiate your request.
  • Provide your name, order number, and reason for return; we’ll confirm eligibility before authorizing any shipment or in-person return.
  • Unauthorized returns or items shipped without approval may be declined or returned to sender.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, merchandise must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, makeup, or fragrance.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds, Deposits & Credits

  • Deposits and custom fees are non-refundable. These payments secure materials, labor time, and scheduling commitments specific to your order.
  • Approved returns are typically issued as store credit valid for 12 months. Refunds to the original payment method may be granted only at management’s discretion.
  • Shipping, alteration, and rush-order fees are non-refundable.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will inspect and, if confirmed, repair, replace, or issue store credit as appropriate.

Note: Slight variations in color or texture due to fabric characteristics or screen display differences are not considered defects.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
  • Use a trackable service and adequate packaging; we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

8. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved credits or refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.

9. Policy Updates

We may modify this Return & Refund Policy as needed. The updated version takes effect immediately upon posting on our website and applies to all future transactions.
