Terms of Service
Conditions of use and sale for Cristina Grecu Showroom.
1) Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, booking an appointment, or placing an order with Cristina Grecu Showroom (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and to our associated policies: Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase online.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3) Appointments & Fittings
- Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in showroom. A deposit or card hold may be required to confirm.
- Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may shorten the session.
- Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours may incur a no-show fee, as stated at booking.
4) Orders, Deposits & Pricing
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice, except for confirmed orders.
- We may require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) at order placement to secure merchandise or services.
- Remaining balance is due prior to delivery or at pickup. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout or in showroom.
- Applicable sales tax for Tennessee will be added when required by law.
- We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or description. If you do not accept the revised total, the order may be canceled with a refund of amounts paid, to the extent permitted by Sections 5–7.
5) Custom Orders & Alterations
Made-to-order gowns, customizations (e.g., length, color, appliqués), and tailoring/alterations are executed per your written approvals.
- Written approvals: sketches, measurements, materials, and changes are confirmed in writing (email/fitting sheet).
- Timelines: production time is an estimate and may vary by supplier and season.
- Non-refundable: deposits for custom items and billable tailoring hours are generally non-refundable.
- Fittings: one or more fittings may be required until final fit is achieved.
6) Pickup, Shipping & Risk of Loss
- In-store pickup is complimentary; carrier shipping is billed separately.
- Risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery to you or to the carrier, as applicable. Insurance is recommended for high-value items.
- Incorrect addresses or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.
7) Returns, Cancellations & Credits
Due to hygiene and the nature of bridal/occasion wear, most gowns and accessories are final sale. See our Return Policy for any exceptions.
- Cancellations: standard orders may be canceled before processing begins. Custom orders and tailoring cannot be canceled after work has started.
- Store credit: where permitted, we may offer store credit in lieu of refunds.
- Defects: report within 48 hours of receipt. We will repair, replace, or reasonably credit at our discretion, as permitted by law.
8) Measurements, Sizing & Variations
- Measurements are taken with care, yet final fit may require additional alterations (charged unless included in writing).
- We cannot guarantee fit when sizing is chosen against our recommendation.
- Minor color/texture differences may occur across dye lots or screens—this is normal in textiles.
9) Gift Cards, Vouchers & Promotions
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may carry expiration dates.
- Promotions do not stack unless explicitly stated and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
10) Conduct & User Content
- Do not use the site for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities.
- Reviews must be honest and respectful; we may moderate inappropriate content.
11) Intellectual Property
All site materials (text, images, logos, design) are owned by Cristina Grecu Showroom or its partners and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No reproduction without prior written permission.
12) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The site and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost opportunities, canceled events, rescheduling costs).
- Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amounts you paid for the product/service at issue.
13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days. If unresolved, claims will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
14) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version supersedes prior versions and is effective upon posting.
